Professional Tour Guide and Biking Enthusiast
Buenos Aires , Argentina.
He is 28 years old and knows quite a bunch about the city. His experience as a tour guide started back in 2010 when he was asked to guide visitors through the Teatro Colón since its re-opening. That was when he discovered his vocation for communicating and showing everyone who might reach him how wonderful and complex Buenos Aires is.
In 2012 he started organizing a bike tour with an absolutely new concept, mixing bike rides and canoeing, and showing neighborhoods and areas of the city where the typical bike tours wouldn’t go. Stopping by the historical San Isidro to share a break with “alfajores” and “mate”, riding through the beautiful Puerto de Frutos of Tigre, and finally, rowing through the canals in the heat of the Delta, giving visitors the chance to experience a lifestyle that they would have never imagine possible at such a short distance from the beautiful but chaotic city of Buenos Aires.
Combining professionalism with a relaxed style, Alvaro offers you a one-of-a-kind experience, that might resemble more a bike trip with friends than a traditional tour.
You really don’t want to miss the opportunity to meet Alvaro!
